Who is Transitional Housing for:
• People with links to the West and
• Homeless or at risk of homelessness

What is provided:
• Access to transitional housing up to 12 months
• The housing is linked to the support programs

What is the purpose:
• To provide secure transitional short term housing to support
program participants

Who is eligible:
• People living in the West and
• Homeless

What it involves:
• Rent is set at 25% of income and
• Participation in the support program
