What We Do
We assist by providing up to 20 hours of individual support in order to stabilise the tenancy

Who is Eligible
People who
- are OoH tenants
- have a tenancy at risk of failure due to unmet support needs

Referral Source
OoH (Other community agencies can refer via the OoH)

Roles
OoH
TPT will identify, assess and refer clients who meet the eligibility criteria to SHASP

SHASP Provider
The SHASP Provider will provide case management support to clients referred by the OoH

Other Community Agencies
Agencies will refer people who potentially meet the criteria to the OoH for assessment
