SFar Program

Families with significant support issues can require intensive, longer term support to assist them to establish and maintain a new tenancy. The SFaR program aims to assist families with complex suppport needs to break he cycle of homelessness by providing intensive, tailored support both to maintain their housing and to foster stronger links with their community.
