Who the Western Homelessness Network is for:
• Service providers in the homelessness service system
Strategic Objectives
To assist the Homelessness service system to achieve best practice outcomes by:
- Facilitating cooperative mechanisms between service providers which seek to enhance relationship building and service provision.
- Maintaining and creating partnerships based on common understanding and agreement on outcomes.
- Adhering to accountable & transparent processes.
- Encouraging development approaches which seek continuous improvement.
- To be an informed regional voice on homelessness.
- To be an advocate around the issues confronting people experiencing homelessness.
- To support Network members ownership & participation in planning and activities.
